My background in technical skills primarily involves scripting languages such as python, C#, and Java script in conjunction with some form of editor or IDE. I’m comfortable using visual scripting languages such as Kismet or blueprint but prefer text based scripting.
During College I learned a number of game engines including in house engines, Unreal, and Unity. I am very familiar with learning new lightly documented engines and editors such as the ones we used on M:AA and M:AA 2 at Disney, and the Zero engine we used at DigiPen.
I have practical end to end experience creating game prototypes, game frameworks for others, and useful helper tools/scripts.
I’ve made quite a few game prototypes, most in Unity. I have a special place in my heart for SHMUPS and Mega Man. Nothing fancy here just some 4 week end to end prototypes.
